Check-in /Check-out days and times

Pueblo Bonito Resorts offers their members daily check-in days at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach and Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay, (except for fixed weeks which are always on Mondays).

Pueblo Bonito Los Cabos offers check-in days Monday through Monday & Friday through Friday.

Pueblo Bonito Rosé check-in days are: Friday through Friday, Saturday through Saturday, Sunday through Sunday & Monday through Monday .

You can reserve your week starting any day. Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check out is at 11:00 am. Please contact the resort if you are arriving extremely past the check-in time to ensure that your space will not be given away.

Bonus weeks

On occasion a buying client may receive an RCI Bonus week for purchasing (generally when it is a multiple week purchase).

These bonus weeks can be used anywhere through the RCI directory of resorts including at a Pueblo Bonito resort. There is a reservation fee of $149 dollars on each certificate when reserved and confirmed through the RCI office, even if used at a Pueblo Bonito resort.

Since these weeks are a gift, and are virtually free stays, they have limitations on dates that they can be used and locations that they can be used at. Generally RCI does NOT want to confirm these weeks at a high demand locations and during peak travel season. However it sometimes does happen.

Bonus weeks are for Junior suite accommodations and standard reservation rules and restriction apply, i.e. check-in days and times and 4 people.

Please call RCI/Club Pueblo when you would like to reserve the Bonus weeks at a certain destination. RCI/Club Pueblo is at 1-888-909-4399. You must call RCI/Club Pueblo to reserve these certificates even if using them back here at Sunset Beach.

Bonus weeks have an expiration date of 12-24 months once issued. Please ask your representative or the RCI/Club Pueblo rep on the expiration deadline.

Bonus weeks can not be used for a cruise. They are land vacations.

Buying more weeks

78% of vacation ownership members have bought another week(s) after the first initial purchase. Therefore chances are that in the near future you will be interested in the possibility of either buying more vacation time, or upgrading the suite you currently own. Please contact your sales representative for the current owner special rates. You can also e-mail our Member Services Manager and ask for your representative to contact you.

Changing name or addresses on ownership title

If you need to change a name and/or address on your membership, please contact Member Services.

There is a fee of $500 dollars for changing names or for transferring your membership. Change of address does not have any cost.

Christmas and New Years weeks

Christmas and New Years weeks (51 & 52) are sold as fixed time, and cost more than regular Red floating weeks. These weeks must be used from Monday to Monday. In case you don’t want to make use of any of these weeks, the Contact Center will accept back your week 51 and/or 52 in exchange for a regular Red Floating week at any other time of the year, this is only done on a case by case basis.

Owning weeks 51 and 52 does NOT guarantee that weeks 51 or 52 will be available at any other resort in the RCI exchange network. However they do have a very high priority in the exchanging process, and since you have the SEARCH 1st policy, you only have to relinquish the week if you like the week that RCI offers you.

Depositing with RCI / Club Pueblo

You will deposit the corresponding amount of one week into the BANK with RCI/Club Pueblo if you don’t plan on using the week at all in a given year. By placing the week into the Bank, RCI is holding the week for you to use at a future date, any time in the next 2 years. There will be a fee to pull it out and reserve it at a later date, even if used back at your home resort. You must advise the reservations department of your desire to bank the week, NO LATER THAN OCT. 31st of the current year. You may even bank the week for next year, provided you have prepaid the maintenance fee ahead of time through the Contact Center. To deposit your week, you simply e-mail reservations at [email protected] and request them to deposit it. The reservations staff will assign a red week of inventory to your name in the RCI account. Within 48 hours you may then contact RCI/Club Pueblo and start planning where you would like to use the week out in the RCI network.

Occupancy limits

Junior Suites are designed to sleep 4 people
Luxury Suites are designed to sleep 6 people
Executive Suites are designated to sleep 6 people
Presidential Suites are designed to sleep 8 people
Penthouse Suites are designed to sleep 12 people

Pueblo Bonito Premier

Pueblo Bonito Premier is a special feature offered to the Pueblo Bonito resort owners from ICE Gallery. This feature, if added on to a Pueblo Bonito membership, allows the client to trade their vacation weeks on land for vacations on cruises (most major cruise lines).

There is an additional fee to add Premier on to your membership.

Premier also allows you to buy additional vacation weeks each year and different locations around the world, at quality private properties like Pueblo Bonito Resorts. This is not an exchange program. The weeks offered are generally weeks that have been traded on to a cruise by another client. Or extra weeks that the resorts offer to ICE Gallery to make the inventory even more enticing for all clients. The price of the extra weeks can vary from $149 dollars per week (last minute special) up to $1,000/week. See internet website for listings.

Go to the Pueblo Bonito Premier website www.pueblobonitopremier.com  and use your activation code and authorization code (found in the white ticket with blue letters in your Premier form) to set up your own account with Premier. Premier is NOT RCI.

RCI / Club Pueblo

As an exclusive benefit to our owners, we have the following 800 number available, at which a dedicated team of RCI executives can assist you with services such as depositing your week, and the search of Reservations when you wish to Exchange your Pueblo Bonito week with RCI.

Renting extra space from Pueblo Bonito

As a Pueblo Bonito member you may rent as many extra nights as you like at any Pueblo Bonito Resort, and you will always be entitled to a 25% discount off the current website rates on www.pueblobonito.com. If you are interested in renting extra nights, please call the Contact Center at USA: 1800 990 8250 / Canada 1 855 478 2811 or send an e-mail to [email protected] .

Renting out weeks that you own

Owners have a rental pool office available to them in the event that they are unable to use their space and would like to receive a nominal return for their week. The rental office is called “Suite Getaways” and is located in San Diego. Most owners receive a rental form in their owner’s kit. The form is self-explanatory. When renting out inventory it is essential that the client DOES NOT reserve a week to give to the rental pool. The rental offices need the week to be floating. And the rental office will only accept weeks during the last quarter of the year, for inventory in the following year. In other words, during the months of Oct., Nov., Dec., 2014 you will register the week for  to be used during the year of 2015. Please fill out the form, and send it in registered mail with a return receipt. Traditionally rental checks are sent out to all clients in October, regardless of when the week was rented. Please be aware that “Suite Getaways” keeps a 30% commission on all rentals. Maintenance fees must be paid in order to list a week for rental.

Renting out your weeks on your own

Many people find it quite easy to offer their vacation time to friends, family or co-workers if they can’t use their vacations one year. Listing in the local paper, or on a neighborhood billboard is another popular option. If you are renting your week to someone else, make sure your send the complete guest information by email to [email protected] and upon arrival at the reception desk at time of check-in they will need to show an authorization letter from you.

Reservations

The Contact Center is always your first step for any type of vacation you want to do. If you want to come back to your home resort or any other Pueblo Bonito Resort, then simply e-mail the Contact Center [email protected] or call at USA: 1800 990 8250  /  Canada 1855 478-2811 and put in your request. If you are planning on going to another RCI resort, call the Contact Center first, ask them to deposit a week into RCI/Club Pueblo, then the next day, call RCI/Club Pueblo and put your request in. If you want to try a cruise, contact reservations first, and they will give a week of land vacation time to the Premier office, then contact Premier and decide on which cruise you would like to take.

Please take into consideration that Pueblo Bonito Resorts have a high demand with our Pueblo Bonito owners, therefore high season inventory fills up fast. Please feel free to take advantage of the 1 year time limit if you know a year in advance when you would like to come. 2 days is the minimum time to make a reservation. If you are sending friends or family in your place, simply send the complete guest information by email to [email protected] with your authorization. They must be 21 years of age and present a major credit card at time of check-in.

Reserving more than what you own

If you are looking for more room to use than what you actually own, there are a couple of options. First of all, if you have Bonus weeks, try calling Club Pueblo (RCI) and see if you can use a Bonus week. This is the most economical method.

If you don’t own any bonus weeks, you may rent as many extra nights as you like at any Pueblo Bonito Resort, and you will always be entitled to a 25% discount off the current website rates on www.pueblobonito.com . If you are interested in renting extra nights, please call the Contact Center at USA: 1800 990 8250 / Canada 1 855 478 2811 or send an e-mail to [email protected] .

Shuttle service

If you want to arrange airport transportation, you may make the reservations on www.pueblobonito.com (in the reservations box please look for “Airport Transportation”) or call our Contact Center at USA: 1800 990 8250 / Canada 1 855 478 2811.

Special room request

Such as ground floor, upper floor, king size bed, balconied suites, cribs, handicapped rooms, should all be made at time of booking your reservation. The Contact Center will put a note on your reservation and advise the proper department of your request, such as housekeeping, or the front desk. The staff will try to accommodate your request; however there is no guarantee the request can be fulfilled. Trading out of your home resort

When trading out of your home resort, as always, your first step is to contact the Contact Center. The staff members will assign a week and unit number to your deposit and place the inventory into your RCI/Club Pueblo account. Approx. 48 hours later you may contact RCI/Club Pueblo to place your request as to where you would like to use that week. You have 2 years to use up the week somewhere in the RCI network. International exchanges are $189/week. Domestic exchanges are $149/week. And Pueblo to Pueblo is $126/week. Even if you are simply saving the week to be used at a later date, back at your home resort, you will pay $126 dollars to reserve the week back at your home resort.

If you are planning to trade the week for a cruise vacation with Pueblo Bonito Premier, you must still call the Contact Center and have them assign inventory to your account, they will then give that week to Premier. 48 hours you can start planning a cruise vacation.

Upgrading your membership permanently

Contact your sales rep directly (or Member Services, if you can’t remember your rep’s name, or is no longer at the hotel), they will check to see if you have a “Price Freeze” certificate on your account, and offer you the best Owner price at the time.

Upgrading your membership temporarily

If you need a larger room, or more space for just one occasion, then you can request an upgrade through the Contact Center, and you will be billed the difference in the nightly rates (minus your 25% owner discount).

Willing or giving away your membership

There is a $500 per week fee for change of name or to transfer your membership. Change of address doesn’t have a cost. All changes are handled by the Member Services Department.
